It is important that your saddle pad is based on the length of the saddle, and not necessarily on the length of the horse’s back. The saddle pad should always be slightly longer than the saddle. The saddle pad model should also match the saddle model (e.g. dressage, allround).

 

P (Pony) saddle pads generally fit saddle sizes 14-16.5

F (Full) saddle pads generally fit saddle sizes 16-18.5

Pony size fits all horses less than 148 cm (14.2 hh) high at the withers. "Full" fits all horses over 148 cm (14.2 hh) at the withers.

The edge of this dressage saddle pad is trimmed with three rows of cord for a high-quality, sporty look. The high-cut withers add comfort and the moisture-wicking fabric keeps your horse dry and comfortable. The small diamond-style quilting adds a nice look while the foam-lined pad cushions your ride. hook-and-loop fastener straps hold the saddle pad in place and a girth strap with the Horze emblem is stitched into place to keep your saddle from slipping. This dressage saddle pad is a great choice for schooling.
