This dense hood attaches to the matching rug for added insulation from the cold.

The warmth of pure wool gives this hood an exceptional method to keep drafts and chills away from your horse. Adding this easy-to-attach hood is a great way to cover your horse from head to tail and help him stay warm or dry thoroughly after a bath. Thick wool is a natural, breathable fabric and won't irritate sensitive horses. It has hook-and-loop fasteners, and can be combined with the Horze Vail Wool Blanket (#24611).

Technical description:

85% Wool, 15% Polyester.

Washing instructions:

Machine wash at 30 degrees on wool setting with a light spin. Gentle cycle, normal detergent that does not contain bleach or fabric softener. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.
