The technically advanced junior safety stirrup from LeMieux has been developed with equestrian expertise and is made from high-quality aluminium, which is also used in aviation. As the stirrup was developed for young riders, the integrated articulated arm releases with less force in the event of a fall than the stirrup for adults. The offset apex keeps the stirrup at a 45° turn to the outside to make it easier to retrieve the stirrup. The ergonomic twin-balance footplate is inclined by 5° to keep the heels down and makes it easier to release the feet. The absence of metal grips makes these stirrups suitable for pony clubs and riding games.
